- Ground meat
- Chopped onion
- Chopped celery
- 1 can whole tomatoes (save juice)
- 1/3 c. corn meal
Mix together. Blanch cabbage leaves in salted boiling water. Chop core of cabbage and put in pot. Roll leaves and mixture and put in pot. Add remaining juice and little water. Cover
and cook slowly for 40 minutes. The cabbage roll recipe is ready to serve...great for meals !
